And we’ll return your phone calls – usually within 24 hours.

WE DON'T WORK FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES
Many law firms try to work for both individual consumers and insurance companies. They may tell you that their independence and ability to fight on your behalf isn’t compromised, but if your lawyer is fighting against an insurance company one day, and working for that insurance company the next day, how can he or she be truly objective? Even if your lawyer doesn’t work for insurance companies, but other lawyers in his or her firm rely upon work from insurance companies for their livelihood, your lawyer may feel pressure to avoid taking a tough stand.

At Clonfero Law Firm, we don’t work for insurance companies. We never have, and we never will.

FAIR SETTLEMENT IF WE CAN -- BUT TRIAL IF NECESSARY
Litigation lawyers love to boast about all the trials they do. But is a trial what the client really wanted? Or is it what the lawyer wanted? If you are like most people you want to be fully compensated for your losses and to receive all the insurance benefits to which you are entitled.

At Clonfero Law Firm, we have the experience and the resources to take your case to trial ­ and we will, if the insurance company won't make a reasonable settlement offer. But since we've yet to hear a client say "Please subject me to the costs, risks, delay, and emotional toll of a trial," we¹ll do everything we can -- including Alternative Dispute Resolution -- to secure a fair and reasonable settlement as early as possible.

Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, a case cannot be resolved and must go to trial. If it is necessary to take your case to trial we will meet with you, explain the risks and the costs, and make sure that you are adequately prepared. In some cases we will conduct focus group sessions to identify strengths and potential weaknesses in your case in order to make your case the most persuasive it can be. And we'll make sure that we use the best, cutting-edge demonstrative aids to help the judge and jury understand your case. The better they understand your case the more likely you will succeed.
